Help a fellow NSer to have a great season (european alps)

Hey Ns-community,
I currently live in the Italian Alps and got a little bored of skiing the same resort all season long. So I want to check out the powder in some different areas of the Alps.
My plan is pretty simple... at least on paper: throwing my JJs as well as a sleeping bag into my car and just go on a few trips all over the alps for a couple of days each.

But, you guessed it, there's a catch. Beside the fact that it's way to dangerous to shred pow alone , you need some locals who know the right spots, the best time of the season to go there due to snowfall and mainstream tourism and such, and, of course, to have a beer or two afterwards!
