I'd go with the ski you know how to spell...


All jokes aside the filthy riches will be better for the east coast since they are skinnier.

FR, 98 underfoot is unnecessarily wide for an EC park ski, the added width will only serve as a hinderence.

Taken directly from the Kartel 98 page on the ON3P website:

"For those wanting a wider park ski, the Kartel 98 offers a low swing weight, tight turn radius, and medium flex designed for optimal park performance."

That said, FR will be better for your Ice Coast skiing.

They're 10mms apart...the 98 IS the middle width...


More info would help, both are going to ski very similar in the park. The Kartel will be a bit stiffer, the FR will have a bit lower swing weight, those are the two biggest differences when looking at them from a park point of view.
