So one day I was out filming, one of the directors of management of the mountain came up to me and asked if I would do some photography work and video work for them and she gave me her card and told me to email her. I emailed her and it's been 3 days and no response, is that normal or am I just over thinking this? My email was typed well so yeah.... thoughts on what I should do..?

Follow up, its super easy for people to lose emails even if you just get 5-10 a day.

Sorry, follow up with another email in regards to your first email. Also maybe just give her a call, it might have gone into her spam folder.

I have no idea on how I'd go about that since this is my first time ever dealing with a business so I have no clue what to say. I may wait a few more days and just drop by her office or is it more appropriate to call her?

If you don't wanna call, just send a follow up email. Its always appropriate to call anyone's business number, especially during business hours.
