I'm hosting the Dew Tour Live Stream

Starting this Thursday, I'm going to be the official Freeski host of the Dew Tour Live Stream. There's other announcers who will be calling tricks, but I'll be at the start gate, with the athletes and doing more of the extra commentary during down times.

The first day is relatively pre-planned, but there is some freedom and other days will be much more free-form. I want you guys to know that I am 100% committed to communicating with you to the absolute best of my ability. I want this to be like we're hanging out in a room watching this thing over wings and brews.

We'll start up an official thread for you guys to post questions, commentary, anything - and I'll do absolutely everything I can to address the conversation as much as possible. As well, you can use the mainstream social medias with all the fancy hashtags that we'll push out.

So book off the weekend, because this is going to be fun as shit!

not to be whiny, but why aren't the women's ski slope finals and snowboard pipe finals live streamed?
(or did I miss them on the schedule?)
(also not sure if Bishop are able to answer this but i might as well ask..)

I mean, the cameras are there already.. maybe they could just let them roll without commentary at least. it feels like a big setback for the female scene to not have an event of this size streamed when all the guys finals are. if the girls had semis it would make a little more sense to only stream the finals, but they only have finals and not even those are streamed? come on, it's 2014!
i understand that the guys events draw a lot more viewers, but visibility can lead to progression of the female side of skiing an snowboarding, right?

Mike Atkinson will be doing all the course announcing, I'm only doing the lifestyle stuff.

I was just going through the schedule and noticed that since this morning they added Women's Ski Slope Finals to the Live Stream schedule. It definitely wasn't there when I printed it off this morning so I'm thinking one of 2 things.

1.) They made a mistake and noticed it their own or,

2.) They actually paid attention to a comment in an NS thread and reacted.

I would love beyond belief to find out that option 2 is what actually happened! Regardless, I think Heddious deserves the credit.
