I can't watch american news anymore. It is so bad and filled with bullshit stories such as the above and fear mongering what ifs.

One of the headline stories last night on Nightly News was about what would happen if Los Angeles experienced a catastrophic earthquake, and presented it as if there was a 100% chance it was going to happen within the next few weeks. Next the news will have breaking news reports to the headlines of "everyone will die eventually" and "Sometime in the future the sun will engulf earth, are you prepared?"
