Ski Ward Airbag

I've been lookin around to find a solid airbag to just throw some new things on, and they're the only place open to the public for a small cost. Anyone know what it's like in the winter? From the vid it looks like the ramp is steep and the inrun is slow. Not sure if it's worth the trip. Let me know if you know anything about it, thanks guys

Eh, maybe. I'm not sure how it is with snow and all, but the jump they had up with their summer setup thing was wicked kicky and you really couldn't do anything but straight inverts. It was all right, but I'd hope it would be much better in the winter when you can actually care off of the jump and whatnot.

Leland did cork 9/7's and switch corks/bios on it all fall. You can't carve in on the Neveplast but I'm told they cover the kicker with snow in the winter.

im not sure if they keep the same jump as they do over the summer but if they do then it is a little steep but big enough for 7s 9s and over the summer i was close to a double backflip but it will probably be easier on snow

bumping this thread cause i wanna know if its worth the 2 hour drive from albany. I want to learn corks and rodeos on the airbag and im wondering if its a good set up for that?

I've been going there for a few years now and it's definitely worth it in the summer, I would take any tricks you have on the tramp to the airbag. I've had no problem doing more than just straight inverts, you can easily cork, rodeo, misty, etc. I say it's worth the drive if you have nothing else to help you progress over the summer. The rails are a lot of fun too
