ShredsterrMy cat has always been an outdoor cat, and is outside for almost all of the day in the summer, and a decent amount in the winter, like he'll be outside for 6 hours, come back in, have some food and water, and peace again 5 minutes later. Anyways, we moved about a year and a half ago, but stayed in the neighbourhood. My cat was super sketched out in the new house, as cats are, and after about two weeks he finally ventured into the backyard. Sometime in the evening, my mom is worried because he hasn't come back yet and he's been out for a solid 8+ hours. The next day, after fearing he got lost or eaten, we get a call from the lady that bought our old house, asking if our cat was missing. Turns out my fucking bro of a cat made the kilometre trek from our new house to our old house, having to cross over a busy ass street where people go 60km/h.
He's such a legend.
Animals are insane dude. Glad you got him back.
I feel you OP I had that happen all the time, usually theyll just spend a night out in the cold and come whimpering back to the door in the morning.
