True haters often copy and are jealous.. maybe they feel inadequate they can't go skiing, and if so, you could say something like, "how would you know, have you even been skiing? It's an Olympic sport. How do define sport? I think it's a sport, come hit me."

Bake a few eclairs, remove the frosting and fill it with jizz. Bring the eclairs to school and offer them to the "haters". When they reach for them, snatch them away and eat the eclairs in their faces while laughing at them. Nothing pisses off a hater more.

hating is often a conflict of power. this probably is taught in elementary school but it doesn't stick.. maybe you can see it as human nature being evil

those who are talking you down/ talking down things that you care about (eg. skiing) appear to have more power than you since they have the "last word" unless you "verbally or physically comeback to the neigh sayers"

you don't need to "explicitly" comeback. that just draws more energy towards a negative conflict from both sides, since your comeback just drags on the hate and negativity

be the bigger person. don't get caught up in retaliating against haters/ people who antagonize you.
situations can escalate quickly and while in middle school you might just get your ass beat, our violent culture also supports weapons like brass knuckles, guns, and knives.

instead of wasting your time trying to retaliate. invest your energy into forward thinking - productive actions and ideas
