Integral Management is a nonprofit, no cost support agency founded and operated entirely by students. Until last year, our focus was on the music industry, but starting last Fall, we began to manage a limited number of action sports athletes. I've found the change to be refreshing in a lot of ways, primarily concerning the drive and focus which you guys bring to the table.
I'm not going to lie, we can't work magic, so don't expect that. Last season, we spent a lot of time gaining contacts in the industry as well as forming plans for those we manage and responded to interviews as part of a research project. Additionally. because we do everything for free, we have a very small budget, which explains why the website is free and email addresses aren't custom. Our capabilities include marketing, management, consulting, and communications. Our team is committed to advancing not only your own career, but also the sport itself in any way we can.
2014-15 Application Details (ROUND TWO)
This year, I'm going to try to run the application process in a more uniform way. It was crazy trying to sort through everything last year. What we'll be looking for is dynamic and it isn't easily condensed into a single application, which presents a challenge. Please send a bio, any edits or content, competition results, and any other information you feel we should review to integralmanagement@live.com. Put "2014-15 Application" in the subject field. We will review and respond to every submission, but it will take time. We ended up with only a few athletes last year, but Integral is hoping to grow this season.
