ok guys so last wensday we got a lot of snow, set up a rail. First time skiing this year, so anyway i was hitting it got warmed up when to 450 off, twisted my knee. Within 2 minuets i could walk back up my hill. But hurt pretty bad now its been about a week in a half and i can walk fine. No limp and the only time i have a lil bit of pain is when i go to jump and squat down low. Not a lot of pain what so ever just a bit no like severe. I didn't stretch before skiing so I'm just guessing i twisted my leg and pulled a muscle because icy hot made it feel a lot better. Do you guys think i tore my Acl? Im really scared
also did this test in this video and i don't have any play in my knee cap area.
