Need some help for a blown out edge

Thank you for spending some time for reading this post.
So this past summer I bought a pair of Filthy Riches from John Kutcher, probably used about half a season or so. They had only 1 or 2 edge cracks on each inside edge of the skis and werent bad at all. I have almost 25 days on them this year and I already have a chuck about 5 inches long missing. Is there anything I can do to the ski itself or to improve my riding other than switching the left and right ski around so I dont have to grind on the missing edge?
Thanks again,
Drew

One the edge is gone there is no a lot you can do really. I tend to find especially when the skis will be used on rails that replacing an edge will not be effective. The forces will just rip the repair out and potentially damage the ski more. I would instead try to glue the ski back together and use them as a beater ski.
I actually have have a really beat set of skis with about 4 inches of edge missing that I am going to do a video of this exact repair. I should hopefully have it up by the start of next well. Hopefully that should give you some tips on what you could try.
