Additionally, the source isn't at all saying that 'black people are dumber than white people; it simply points out that there is a score gap independent of income, but goes on to point out that net worth and other factors, such as cultural capital, are possible (and in my opinion, probable) reasons for this gap.

As to the second half, if you don't care about what causes blacks to score lower than whites, you're being willfully ignorant and I won't bother responding to any other posts you make in this thread. If there were some way of imposing the flawed existing intelligence tests on newborns, you'd have some ground to stand on, but your argument completely ignores both epigenetics and the fact that new neurological connections are constantly being made as a result of life experience; both of these factors are influenced by race.
