Ski Goggles under or over helmet?

I want to know whether I should wear my goggles under or over my helmet. Its way easier over, but i dont know if people think it looks bad or not. I can wear them under with my winter liner still in, but if i take the liner out and wear a beanie, its way too tight. I have a Bern Watts helmet if that helps.

I had the bern watts helmet and I wore a balaclava, toque and goggles under it after I removed the liner.

I wear goggles under my helmet because they stay in one position when the landing impact is too strong and helmet can move them.

Over because they always fall off when I put them under. They sag and then the steeze prevents me from breathing easily.

I do over. They have that clip in the back of the helmet for a reason. Also doesn't the adjustment plastic part on the google band hurt your head under a helmet?

it looks cooler underneath for levels of personal steeze, but ends up being painful. For more functionality & comfort, put the goggles over the helmet. It's much more comfortable at high speeds and throughout the entire day (and season for that matter) to wear them over. It's up to you whether you care more about functionality or steeze. If you choose to wear them over,
your grandchildren will thank you for your selfless decision.

take your liner out and use a beanie or baclava, then angle your goggle strap up on your head and tighten it before you put your helmet on. then put the helmet on like a guy with slicked back hair, front first, this will insure no goggle gap occurs.

I only wore them over with my race helmet. With a regular soft-eared helmet, always under. They fit better without the strap way out from your face.

if you wear your goggles under and need to put them up off of your eyes for something, you have to lean your helmet way back and it looks like you have an extraterrestrial sized head. your call

True Story: I was on the sugarloaf lift at Alta with this dude and he noticed that I had my goggles under my helmet. He told me that he used to do that and that I shouldn't because a lot of the time the goggle strap will cut off circulation in the ear and make them colder. He then took off his helmet and showed me his left ear which had part of the top missing. He said it got frost bite due to poor circulation from his goggle strap. I still do it because my ears don't hurt when I have a beanie over them but for those who constantly have pain in their eats from this, be careful.

In all honesty it doesn't matter, do whatever you find more comfortable. If you have nice goggles and a cool helmet it'll look fine either way, I personally prefer under but if it makes you annoyed to wear the goggles under just wear them over
