i bulit a rail to backyard and everytime i slide it is sparking..... do i have to freeze the pipe or wax it with something(it is a bit rusty).....or i just have to work with my skills?

yes wax it...if you dont have any use soap it works just as good..

Your edges just need to get dulled a little. It sparks a lot when they're sharp.
