Replying to Whats taking so long Virtika?

Ok so the whole Manitoba team sent out a mass order for approx 8 jackets and 1 t-shirt, last May. So we got a team deal (not saying the price we payed out of respect). It is now December 1st that i am typing this and we still have yet to recieve are jackets. We where told they would arrive end of september start of october. I dont know why Virtika is so slow at sending the jackets out. They where very slow with customer support and weren't helping the parent organizing the jackets, by sending him info or answers on times. I understand that shipping from the states to canada takes some time, but this is getting outrageous we have been skiing for quite some time know wihtout team jackets. It would be great to get some feedback from anyone else who ordered or is experienceing the same problem as us. Or soe answers from Virtika
