Hey guys I'm typing this after blowing out my surgically repaired shoulder the first day out this season.
I'm nearly 22, but my mind acts like I'm 14 as far as pushing myself. My body is starting to really get beat to shit and it's failing me. Last year ended with a few nights in the ICU due to a TBI. After this shoulder injury a few days ago on a basic fall to the ground I think I've reached my tipping point. No more trying to progress.
Anyone else in this situation? Realized their body can't handle it anymore? How have you coped and is skiing still the same for you? I want to improve my filming but I feel as though I will always have that void to fill. On mobile so sorry for errors.
