What do you do to "Re-charge" for the next day?

Aspen/Snowmass opened this week and I've been skiing almost every day since then, but every day I find myself significantly more tired than the last.
Is there anything you guys do after skiing to "re-charge the batteries" so you feel fresh for the next day?
Let me know!

Have a couple drinks when you start feeling sore. It'll help ease the pain and get you stoked to ski more.

I most of the time re-charge through eating delicious and healthy foods. As much as possible, I just limit my riding hours for maximum of 8 hour then sleep as early as possible and avoid too much alcoholic beverages whenever I'm in my ski vacation.
