Replying to Tele Skiers: Need Help

So I'm thinking of getting my first Tele setup and I need some help. For starters, I'm 6'1 and 170lbs. I ski really aggressively and I like my skis in between 180 and 190 in length. When looking for Tele skis, should I go a little shorter? I would imagine that having skis with a smaller turn radius would be ideal for Tele turns.

Also, where is the best mounting point for Tele bindings?
