final cut 7 settings - export an h.264 at 720p or 1080p

then either transfer the video using, dropbox, imessage, or into itunes when you sync your iphone.

how do i save it in my camera roll. like to post it on instagram

-export h.264 at 640 by 640 resolution.
-make a folder and put the video in.
-in iTunes when syncing your phone, go into the pictures section and select your created folder to sync.
-check the box that says something along the lines of "sync video too."
-sync then go into instagram.
-it won't be in your camera roll but instead in a new folder on your phone.
