I fucked up my FT liner somehow

So i just got new ski boots today and i was lucky enough to have a pair of FT High Fives fit my feet. They're crazy comfortable and everything and i got them heat molded to my feet..but when I got home and put them on again After awhile i felt some pressure on my left big toe..so i took the liner out of the boot and it seems like the liner got folded over itself at some point during the mold kinda folded over itself and i dont really know how i can fix this.

Should i take it back to the shop and get it re molded?

kinda bummed about it because i just spent 500 dollars on these and they actually fit my feet..just to see them get messed up like that.

just put the liners on your feet and that fold will come out

yes, try that, and if the wrinkle doesnt come out take them to your shop to have them remoulded. not a big deal man.

lol dude i have no idea i pulled the liner out and was like wut.



I shoved a bunch of socks in there till the front of boot filled out and im gonna let them sit overnight and see if that helps at all. If not i'll just go and get them re molded.

take 'em back. The shop should never have let you leave with the boots like that. Amateur hour.

your best bet is to go back to the shop and get them remoulded. it looks like they didn't put the liner back in the shell properly when they heated it up. making the foam set with a fold/crease.

just make sure its been put back in the shell properly when its heated and it should be fine. if not you might have to get a heat gun and spend some time working on it.

okay, i'm takings skis to get mounted next week so i'll do it then, its a bummer but it happens, just wanted to get an opinion from ns. Thanks for the replies fellas
