Weirdest place you have walked in ski boots

Title says it all, just want to know the weirdest place you have walked in ski boots. Mine was probably Nordstram or olive garden.

Oh wait I lied!!

One day me best friend and I had a project for public speaking in high school. It was a persuasive speech and we decided to do a debate styled thing. I wore ski gear(boots, armada pants, and a line hoodie) and she wore snowboard gear(boots, 686 pants and an Oakley jacket). So we walked around school like that for the day and kept tally of how many comments we each got to debate who was more noticeable. It was pretty rad. Also ended up on the school news. 10/10 would do again.

We'll I went to a prize giving for science fair once, my mom picked me up from the mountain and drove me there and I walked up to the stage in my ski boots and snow pants, I was 11 at the time.

Only joking, never really had any terrible experiences in ski boots. Since I'm in MN my car and shoes are usually pretty accessible

I walked into a famous daves once with ski boots on to use their bathroom. Right when the carpet hit the wood floor I slipped and ate shit. Everyone in the whole reseraunt stopped and looked at me. I then just got up and left.

I live in Las Vegas and 2 years ago I took a bus up to the local mountain. The bus picked up and dropped of at a mall right next to the strip. One day my mom was late to pick me up and I stood on the sidewalk in front of Dillard's for an hour. I was wearing yellow fts and blue xl saga pants. I got plenty of weird looks.

Walked into Chipotle for my halloween burrito with ski boots on and covered in fake snow from Wild. People thought we went a little crazy with the costumes until we told them we were skiing that day and we even got a $3 burrito!

last weekend there was a rail jam downtown where I live called "pray for snow" party with beer tasting and it was raining so i just kept my boots on afterword going out to dinner and then the bars for a little, i guess that was out of the ordinary for me

Once after skiing when I was like 10, my moms friend needed a part for his truck to get home, so we ended up looking for it for like 4 hours at various autoparts stores and walmart. I kept my ski gear on the whole time.

Long story short - Went off into the backcountry for last run, came back to the resort quite late, all the shuttles had shut down and my car was parked miles away. So I went into the nearest resort building in search of a mountain road shuttle (it was getting late and I was getting desperate.) I ended up in a 5 star, very high end bar/lounge. Man, they heard me (fully geared outs, skis/poles in hand) clunking down the fancy marble floored hallway from a mile away. So many awkward and evil stairs. Employees waving their arms telling me to GTFO now. I guess those rich resort queens don't like when an actual skiers strolls through. Pretty awkward. I was pretty much laughing the whole time through it. Didn't find a shuttle either, just a swift escort out the door.

Nah It was too dark to even consider. Eventually decided it would probably be just as fast to hitch hike and did just that. Thats the good thing about living in a mountain community - if someone sees you with skis/boots walking down the road odds are pretty good they are more than happy to offer a ride.

Last winter I bought new boots, and was breaking them in at the shop/doing some molding work. They told me to walk around, make sure they felt good, ect. Got a phone call form a friend to come downtown and meet them at Erotique. (the sex shop in town) Chalet, the boot place, is right across the street.

I wore my boots into a sex shop.
