I'm not a expert filmmaker, but I thought it was well put together! Pretty interesting, your shots had nice composition! Although some shots were a bit too dark for my liking, other than that good job!

I think from a story aspect the one thing I found myself thinking was "Why do I really give a fuck about this guy and what hes saying" and "Do I really want to hang around and watch this for another 8 minutes." . I cant lie, the moment he started talking about the gym it felt like a promotional piece so I started skimming through to the end and this guy just never grabbed my attention for me to stick around. If you can, try and find a story within your subject and base it off that cause it still needs those plot points that makes it entertaining.
Everything else was fine except maybe the audio. But you could still hear him so its not that big a deal.
