Need help with boot sizing!!!

So I have been riding these ancient old Lange Ski boots that I got at a thrift store, and I need help figuring out what size boot I wear in centimeters, because on them they only have a size 12 M. So this would mean 12 mens correct? Which would be a 30 centimeter I think, just want to make sure before I buy anything.
