Hey guys, i'm gonna share all the "Secret" trails/glades my friends and I have discovered over the years.
Here is a map


So yea, there is where we like to ski "trees".


Post the secret spots you guys have found over the years, so that others can enjoy them. Don't worry, you're not giving away anything THAT great ;]

This is legit, I've always wanted to hit that spot where all those pine trees are off the side of eclipse but i have no idea what the hike back would be and if its worth it

I don't think there is much to ski (Not very big hill) over there.

Also wanted to add, Upper North star to the right on the map has some somewhat decent trees, it's just very difficult to get to, and I've gotten lost plenty of times. Lots of sticks are un-passable areas.

Also some sort of cliff drops on Upper North star on the left side on the map. I'll update the map when I get a chance

Somewhere along nova if you cut towards where the park used to be there's a pretty fun little trail that ends along the top of the halfpipe. Also pretty much anywhere on the right side of the mountain (skiers left) you can ski in the glades without much of a problem if you're a good skier. Just pick your lines carefully because shit can get dense in there and I've had to hit some pretty steep trannys to get back onto the trail sometimes haha

Yea I know what your talking about on the right side of the mountain. It's really fun, but you need some nicer conditions. I've been through a few times, but the snow was too thick to really do much. Trees are tight really far on the left (off upper north star), and I will admit to getting lost lol.

The blue stuff is pretty open, not to thick with trees. Just need some fresh pow, because the snow guns blow all day over there and make the snow thick as heck and impossible to turn. Good fun over there though, and it has some fun jumps/drops at the end it you go to the right spots

There's a few things (8 features) on shooting star TP, and they got a buncha trailz open. I'd say go for it

last time I went a couple days ago it was decent. same 8 features they've had up all year so far just make sure you get there before 5ish so all the landings aren't bombed out. As for tickets nobody's asked to see mine, but I leave it right around my ankle so I guess I'm not sure

My friend and I are looking to get up there this weekend. Do you think it's worth a 2 hour drive? Also, are there any jumps yet?

meh. depends on the weather this week i think they're still working on getting all the trails open and there still isn't much of a park. They do have a pretty poppy ~15-footer that's pretty nice

winter hype bump. They're adding 2 new trails, and I'm pretty sure they will both be giving better access to some good trees!

I was at Bristol yesterday. They didn't even bother having ski patrol or their pathetic excuse of a park staff check to see if anything needed to be closed off or groomed. I'm reasonably confident it's dangerous having a larger jump open with more holes in the landing than actual rideable snow.

If you are going on sunbelt after southern cross hug the left side of the trail and there is a chute type trial that is really fun that spits you out a little above the load area of the morning star lift. Also if the conditions are good you can hit the trees from there all the way to where eclipse meets infinity.

The woods next to comet are a fucking blast if there's enough snow. I onto sunbelt and hug the left. Theres a pretty complicated way to do these woods since they are horribly overgrown... You need to go into the woods fairly close to the comet trail. After that, hug pretty left once your in the woods. They're is so good shit on the way, but what your going for is the woods almost next to souther cross. The woods there have pillow lines, thin(ish) trees, and plenty steep, ending at the bottom of southern cross
