Buttering with on3p Karltels?

Are they any good to butter on or are they too stiff? Compared to a softer ski like the al dente

Well the al dente are noodles so they are obviously good for buttering. The kartels have a decent amount of rocker so they will be able to butter still. They are stiffer though
