Weather is what controls and dictates what we do everyday especially for skiers. "Good weather" to us means a foot or 2 throughout the day, and some bonus inches overnight. The weather is so unpredictable during the winter and hard to keep track of.(Especially in Utah)
I use a handful of weather/radar/satellite imagery sites and apps that focus mostly on the Wasatch range (Wasatchsnowforecast.com, accuweather.com, opensnow.com, etc.)because that's the range I ski mostly. Even radar and satellite images can be deceiving because they don't show you what is happening under the clouds which is ultimately what we care about. Most of the time I'm trending and just look out my windows to see what's happening which to me is the ultimate test.
So I ask you NSrs, how do you stay up to date on your mountains weather?
