Line Traveling Circus Stabilizer

Just wondering what stabilizer the team uses because I noticed in one of the videos that it was a circular shaped thing and it has some really smooth shots. I've never seen it before and I would really like to know what it is so i can compare it to a glide cam for reference.

its different than a glidecam, the operator does all the stabilization.
