Im planning to buy one of the versions of Adobe premier elements. when i search info about the newest edition 13, i see more reviews and videos on the 12 and 11 edition. PLEASE TELL ME WHICH OF THE 13 EDITIONS HAS THE BEST FEATURES FOR SKI EDITS FOR THE BEST PRICE!!!! Thank You!
