I am going to give you guys seven pointers on who ever wants to be partnered with a ski mountain to do films. This is more towards smaller mountains that don't necessarily have a good video base.
1.) It is going to take time. It took me over 4 years to convince the mountain that I can do their films for them.
2.) You have to know what you are doing. No mountain and I mean no mountain is ever going to partner with some random kid with a Gopro. You have to have A LOT of experience and/or schooling on film.
3.) Small ski resorts love to partner with people who are passionate about the mountain. This means engaging them on all levels online and on the mountain and being a positive person to the mountain.
4.) To contact them, contact the Director of Marketing not some info@whatever.com email Either email him directly or call him and make a meeting with him to ask if they would be willing to do this.
5.) Some mountains just don't want to partner with anyone at that time This connects me to my first point on how this will take time.
6.) Make films on the mountain and share it with them They love to see other people making edits on their mountain so share it with them and they might even share it with all of their followers and keep at it so they see you are committed.
7.) DON'T BE A BITCH WITH THEM Every mountain has flaws. Do not complain to them the problems of the mountain. Just be positive on the mountains up sides.
Hopefully this gives some insight. I know that not all people want to do this but for the people that do I hope this helps
