Replying to Quality/reliable ski shop in the southeast?

So I've recently purchased a couple pairs of good skis and bindings for myself and the GF... The problem is, I live in South Carolina and I really don't trust anybody down here to have experience mounting bindings. We plan on taking 2-3 East Coast trips this year before taking a big vacation out west. We will probably be in the Sugar/Beech/App area of NC, and maybe Snowshoe/Canaan Valley area in WV. Any recommendations for a ski shop that does quality work in either of these areas? Also, any opinions on the Asheville REI off I-26? That's the most convenient location for me, but I'm not sure if they have a reliable Ski shop... Any recommendations or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
