181 ON3P Filthy Riches too big?

i am 5;8 or 5'8 and 130 pounds. Im really trying to find a pair of used filthy riches to buy and i can only find size 181. would that be too long for me?

Yes that's too long. I'm 5'10" and I use 176 FR's, my best bet is to find a pair in 171.

yes 181 is definitely too long. especially if your riding park...

I understand that you would like to own a pair of FR but if snow is falling and hills are opening it's time to buy what you can find. I recommend a local thrift stores or used sport stores.

At 5'8" I found the 176 to be the best size for me. I tried 171, way too short. I tried 181, way better, but felt slightly too long. At 176 they're still stable but they also still spin well. I'd try and find some 176s (or just buy new ones...they're worth the extra money).

yeah i think 181 is a little much. i'm 5'9 and 135 lbs and i ride 176 filthy's. i've ridden 181 jefferys and 171 filthys and 176 seems to be the sweet spot for me.
