Remounting

I expect hate for my poor decision, but +k for help. I bought jester pros and mounted them on my skis. I weigh too little for the burly 8 din. If I were to remount with fks 14s, would the mounting pattern be a problem? Please help.

jester and fks will have a different hole pattern, so you'd have to redrill. not too big of an issue, only downside is you might not be able to mount them exactly where you want them since the holes shouldn't be right next to each other.

Alright. Where could i mount if my holes are already dead center?

Might have to be around -.5cm from true center. You may want to consider just getting the regular Jester or Griffon which will have the same mounting pattern.

Just get the Griffons which are cheap and great bindings with the same mounting pattern as you just got drilled with. If you cant fit in range of a jester pro then alls your need is a griffon.

For future reference, you can mount FKS on skis that are drilled for Jesters in the same position. 2 of the toe holes line up, the other 2 are (just) far enough away to re-drill. The heelpiece is miles further forward on FKS so no issues there.

But in your case, I'd just get some Griffons.
