Winter has come to half of the United States, so to that half, turn your traction control off, get ignant, and post the results here. Just don't get too stupid and hit something.
Do it but make sure its clean, mine left me to early because of bad fuel lines, rust and other stuff. Its reliable the only major change was a new MAF which actually helped it get off the line quicker since it was the factory one and it was sooo bad. I had mine straight piped to a magnaflow 40 series muffler which had some sweet pops and caught my whole HS parking lots eye upon starting it. My friend and I are trying to get a project one going for our potential senior project next year and were gonna rallycross it. Dont worry about its hp or handling itll be fun in loose dirt and snow and actually gets around with a good set of snows. Get one if you have the chance.
Up until now, the cars I drove/had access too were awd with no traction control option. I could drift them, but I would stick to parking lots because there was almost no control, sometimes rip it, sometimes e brake, sometimes a combo. On wet pavement (and occasionally dry), I could rip them around and get a little squeal, but nothing major/video worthy.
Now I have a 2008 audi a4 wagon, and I can turn off traction control Last winter was my first chance to test it out, and it is really fun. I can get it sliding in the snow and hook back up pretty consistently without using the e brake to start. I've gotten it to slide a little if I'm coming in hot on a turn. Traction control was on last time, was pushing the limit coming out of a turn. I'm at school in PA, but once I'm home in VT I'll get the snow tires on and then I can really have some fun with it, hopefully I can get a decent video to post.

My mom has a 2004 2.0t wagon and I had some fun last winter, unless it has traction off it just cuts the power once it slips
My dad has a 2005 f250, lifted 2 inches on 33 inch mudding wheels. I went to the hill with it today, and got pretty loose on some uphill hairpins, and then almost sent myself off a cliff because 2 wheel drive uphill on ice in the dark after a day of hiking a tube is never a good plan.
Regardless, i'm ok (more importantly so is my dads truck) and i'll see if i cant get a snapchat video of it up tomorrow on here somehow.
