Best Video Format To Upload To NS Player

Hey guys, I have a question for you in terms of video formats for NS.

I typically upload my edits to Vimeo and post to NS from there. On my most recent edit, I tried using the typical video format I use and uploaded it directly to NS to use its player.

Now that I'm checking out my edit and the alleged "HD 720p" it is not looking that HD. So my question to you guys is what format do you fellows use to upload your videos directly to NS?

Also the format I used is H.264, 1280x720 and 29.97fps.

Yeah idk it looks slightly higher quality now. Maybe I just had to give the video a little while after I uploaded it. Either that or I'm crazy

What I do is upload my H.264 exported MP4 into Vimeo then I just put the Vimeo link into the uploader. I think its the best way to go.
