First frost of the season

Hyped to finally see frost out in the morning. I know some of you west coasters dont care much, but in the East, there are plenty of mountains that think its too warm to start blowing snow/have later dates for snowmaking. Im also psyched to go shred urban this year.

Any East Coasters with me?

I'm with you dude, Northeastern Pennsylvania here and it was just snowing early. So stoked on the season coming can't wait

Pretty much all of the east coast has had snow by now... the mountains are open dude

Not around my area. Pats peak's first snowmaking session is actually tomoro night, and my local mountain park is jank for preseason and isnt up until december

Sunapee is opening on the 28th which is my home mountain and their park isnt up Full park isnt up until January. I have a while to wait for a solid park.

I'd go tell them to turn on the pumps anyways, it's not like it cost many thousands of dollars to turn millions of gallons of water into snow. I'd be hesitant to if it was too warm, that's just like throwing money out the window that could be spent on improving the facility or compensating employees better.
