Replying to Gopro Stabilizer which one?

Just have a few quick questions. So I recently purchased the hero 3+ black edition. Figured i didn't really need the 4. So I plan on making some edits this year and don't want the footy to be all shaky. Is a stabilizer a good idea for a go pro or is it overkill? What are some good stabilizers for a go pro? Looked at the Steadicam curve or an opteka model. They are pretty cheap, but I don't know what to really look for. Looking for something on the cheaper side.
