Personally I like Jiberish's J crown logo. I havent seen a logo like that before. Also Tall T. yes their logo idea of having really scribbly cursive letters is not original but the way that they did it is quite original with the general flow and the way they draw the L's and dots. Love how you have no clue what it says at first but when you do, its hard to believe you thought it was some hebrew lettering. My third choice goes to armada and their logo with basically 2 rectangles. These logos are my favorite where they represent the lettering of the company without spelling the company name out explicitly.
