Replying to Weight Loss
Guys, over the past couple years I've been eating like shit and I've gotten kinda fat :'(.
I was 185 at the beginning of August and I've gotten all the way down to 150 now. But I still have alot of fat like on my stomach, specifically the lower area around my belly button lol. Any suggestions on good weight loss/fat burning techniques? Feel free to share personal experiences too, Thanks!
