Karma Points ??

Hey everyone,

Im really new on this site, and i asked a lot of people how the karma points are counted. Tell me what you know about these Karma Points because im not sure to know how this thing works. Thank you and have a great season !!!

pretty much your rating on this site, like a reputation. You go on somebody's page if they are helpful or you just like what they are about on here.

Everything you do relates to karma in someway. Post a dope article that gets upvotes/comments on it? Boom, karma. Same with videos and photos.

Even getting upvotes on thread posts (not the OP but your individual comment) gains you a little karma.


Get enough karma and you can get placed in the running for member of the month to win a rad prize package from Line!

wow thanks a lot for the help !!! but there is something i dont like about karma points. If an asshole wants to ruin my karma points he just needs to rate me 0 and my karma points will drop !! 2 people made that and my karma points now are so low

mods can check who's giving negative karma just for the lol's. Sometimes people give 0 karma rating to ruin your karma and get themselves in the running for MOTM. Don't worry too much about your karma/10, it's really not that important. Anyways +K for creating an NS account.

Everyone is always crazy about karma for a bit, but then you realise that it doesn't really matter. Welcome to NS bro! Prepare to fail school/university/work though...

Yeah, I used to super focused on mine and then it sucked. I learned not to care what people rate you, what really matters is how much you contribute to the site. Post some good stuff and it will outweigh a lot of people down voting you.
