Rode Video Mic help

So I'm looking at getting the rode videomic (not the "Pro" or the "go") just the 150 dollar one. I am just wondering if anybody has any videos while using this mic? I just want kind of an example, because if the audio isn't as great as I want, I will probably just wait to buy it until I have enough for the Pro version.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot of video of people doing sound test with it. go google it or youtube it

i had the shotgun mic and it would pick up sound real good, it's worth the money if your wanting better sound

I have a rode videomic that i plan on using this season i can definitely shoot you a few shots that i got from it once i actually get on snow with it.

Pretty much any mic will be good, just get a deadcat.
