I think he is trying to say that he wants to use the same pair of bindings between two pairs of skis. Quiver killers are for multiple bindings on the same ski. Unless he put them on both pairs of skis..

Quiver killers are used for one binding used on many skis

As long as you take them off an put them back in carefully they will be fine. I did it my first year in whistler. I had 3 sets of skis but only one set of bindings. I would swap the bindings the night before so the glue had chance to dry but it was absolutely fine. You could go inserts but that does damage resale value and if you strip one your really stuck a you can't just heli coil like you could a normal rip out. But that is my opinion on inserts.

Yes, you would need to buy multiple times the amount of inserts you would need for your bindings, and then the hardware to mount one set of bindings.

Personally I buy from Binding Freedom because they're run by SVST and the guy who invented them:

And Grumpis, if this looks like a viable solution then you can check with your ski shop to see if they can do the inserts and whether or not they have the tools. If they can't, then you could do them yourself if you feel capable of drilling and tapping into your ski. If you or your shop don't have the drill and tap, they can be bought off the website I linked up above.
