Gaper of the Day Instagram

So surfing has the endlessly entertaining kook_of_the_day Instagram account (Kook=Gaper, in case you didn't know), but skiing doesn't really have a parallel. I found an account by the name of gaper_of_the_day, but it seemed like it hadn't been updated in a long time and had well under 1,000 followers.

Not only do I think skiing should have a gaper-shaming insta account for all of our enjoyment, I also think it can be WAY funnier than kook_of_the_day. We need someone to start and manage the account (NS?…Freeskier?....Tanner Hall?…..One of you???) and then once the account is up and running, spread the word to fellow NS members and have people start sending in or tagging photos of gapers they encountered while skiing.

Maybe this has already been done or proposed, but I couldn't find anything on Instagram, NS, or even the internets. Perfect thing to get started as ski season kicks off. Plus, think of how gigantic this account could become if we got the entire NS community behind it.

Lets get the word out.

This is a great idea. Kook of the day is pretty funny but I think Gaper of the day could be much better
