What types of presses?
If im trying to press on like the top of something i just try to keep my skis straight and either lean forward or back depending on if its a nose or tail press.
For butters(i only do butter 3's or higher, normal or switch.) I like to either hop 180 onto my tips and lean forward as fuck, or kinda spin and lean forward so that i do a longer sidewaysish nosepress before i get to the apex of it. For switch butters i kinda just get into like a wall sit position so that my tips lift and press it out while spinning.
For rails its the same as stalling.^^ The most key detail is keeping your skis straight. you dont want to be pretzeling with weight on your tips or tails. Itll do ya dirt.
