Non-slim shell pants that fit skinnyish girls

Does anyone have suggestions for pants that fit skinnyish girls a bit better? Most pants that fit my girlfriend well seem to be tailored style, not particularly waterproof, or insulated, but she'd rather stay away from that.

I'm kind of bummed that it goes 10k waterproofing -> goretex. A bit of a hole no? Fit and styling look good though.
