There are many skiers who are "good at rails".

IMO being good at park rails is dope, but urban segments are the true test of a rail skier and yes Will has some of the best urban segments.

Let me guess. Wesson is your favourite skier and you created this thread to re-assure yourself that he is the best and that your favourite skier is indeed the best? If that's the case just chill and don't like skiers because they're the best just like them because of their attitude towards skiing.

Didn't mean to have a negative connotation associated with it. I was just making the point that OP doesn't need re-assurance that his favourite skier is the best.

It's better to like a skier for his/her attitude over their skill level.

I think you're overestimating the number of people who actually know pro skiers personally. Most kids on this site just watch them on internet videos. Not the best way to judge someone's character...
Pretty much anyone who devotes their life to skiing professionally is stoked as fuck on camera. I don't know how you can have a bad attitude on the mountain. Unless you just got fucked up.

That said, it seems like those Real Skifi kids can do anything they fucking want on a rail. I'd like to see a game of "slvsh" with those fools.

Will has crazy surface swaps, but he cant 3swap on kinks like Karl. And Karl cant nosebutter cork 810 to back 2 or a rail like vanular. And vanular cant nosebone a quad like b-dog. And none of them can send urban as fast, gnarly, or tech as vila. It really depends what you define as good or "hardest". All-round, and as far as conventional tricks n shit goes, (havent even mentioned ski-fi or andy parry. nobody could do that shit), id probably say krazy karl. And thats entirely opinion.

I agree with this. It's impossible to label somebody as the best because everyone is better/ likes doing different things, although that "nosebone" was fucked i must say!

Karl does a lot of stuff left side, he's really good at rails but there's guys that are better and more tech. But as you said, that's your opinion.

I agree with the fact that there's more than one way to ski rails and to be good at it. There's definitely some guys that you can't compare, they just ski too differently, and that's the beauty of it.

Is hard to say who is actually the best. Will isnt really the one to do some huge 6 disaster on a huge DFD. He would probably do simple 2 on and several switch ups on the way down and then pretzel out.

I don't think you can pick an undisputed #1, guys like Will, LJ Strenio, Clayton Villa, Karl Fostvedt, Khai Krepela, Will Berman, etc. are always pushing urban skiing to the limits.

Will definitely does not get enough credit. He has to be one of the smoothest and most consistent riders in the game. All of the 50-50 pretzel 360 out variations he's been doing lately are sick.
