If it wasn't for Cuomo being governor, NY would be one of the next on the list to legalize. There has been bills in the senate/house, but he continues to say he will veto any form of cannabis legalization here.

Same shit going on West Virginia; there are several completed propositions for medical marijuana, not one has been heard in state congressional meetings. It'll happen pretty soon though. States hold off hold off hold off and then it passes in a single serious session.

Same shit in the Granite State, the senate and the house approved a bill to legalize and Maggie Hassan vetoed it. Trying to stop NH from legalizing and earning tax revenue from puffin fat.
