Replying to On Point Customer Service - Orage
Let me preface this by saying I picked up the black B-Dog jacket last year from Orage and was stoked on it. It is by far the nicest jacket I've ever owned and performed above and beyond everything I could want it to do. I mean come on, learning it was a jacket and could be turned into a vest I was immediately sold.
This year I was checking out their site and had some questions about sizing. I hit up up the Orage page on Facebook, and shot them a message with the hope that they would see it and respond within a week or two before I bought some pants. To my suprise I almost immediately received a response in an hour or so! One of their higher ups had been cruising around on FB and responded with super on point advice and answered my question real thoroughly! I had another question and posed that to him, and he also answered that the same day!
This took me seriously by surprise for I have had some trouble in the past getting a hold of outerwear and ski companies when I have questions on sizing/warranties/etc. Overall I was super impressed by this, and it got me so jazzed up about getting exactly what I wanted from these homies!
So if you guys ever are in need of some high quality and sick outerwear, swing by Orage. They know how to treat people right!
tl;dr = Orage rocks. Buy their shit.
