loganschnurThat chart is still bullshit.
Football's endurance is a 5.38? They play for 10 seconds at a time.
Rugby's nerve is only a 6.5 while football is a 7.25? Take the pads off of any football player and lets see what happens.
Football has a speed 7.13? They barely run 10 seconds.
People underestimate the sports that aren't from America.
i didn't look at whatever chart youre referring to but idk, i'd be hesitant to discount the claims about football. people love to point out that the plays are short and they wear pads but you have to keep in mind that in rugby, the people hitting you arent wearing pads either, and they are probably the same size as you, meaning the hits are not going to be as intense. trying to outperform and getting hit by a guy your size wearing normalish clothes is not the same as being a (relatively) medium small receiver and getting destroyed by an enormous linebacker
just my 2 cents on a couple examples. people like to try to discount american football's intensity but i think there's a reason it features probably the most gnarly dudes in sports (in terms of being fast/big/muscular etc)
