Incase mobile ad

The incase ad on mobile is really intrusive... it stays on the bottom of the screen every time you load a page until you hit the tiny x on it. I'm all for ad revenue for ns but this one seems to cross a line. It follows the page when I scroll up or down and slows down the website in general.

Thoughts? Discuss

They had it a while ago and then took it down because of everyone griping about it (myself included).

I've gotten pretty good at clicking the x, but it definitely does take up half the page on my phone and if that's not noticeable for you.....

This ad fucking blows...again.

It was prohibiting me from seeing the words I was typing a lengthy reply to a thread on mobile. That's unacceptable in my opinion.

Everything has been said about this in case thing already but I have to say that on an ipad this little (x) button Is hard to click without getting directed to their site, easily on of the most annoying things when it follows me while I scroll through...

*slightly* different. We are working on removing it from certain pages, and theoretically solved some of the navigational issues.

Of course, that is in theory, and from this thread it is not looking like we have really succeeded.

so you don't crack the shell I guess? some people care about that sort of thing. I used to use a pelican to hold my gopro stuff but some of their carriers are actually pretty cool haha

Much better. Any chance you could work on the close button. Everytime i press the X it opens the ad

Looking into it, though I'm not 100% hopeful about this one. Some of that has to do with the design of the creative. We'll do our best.

If you are running a older smartphone it will make your phone crash when scrolling. When scrolling the ad will take up the whole screen with multiple pictures of the ad leading to the phone crashing. Was on a LG optimus that is about 2 years old.

This ad eats ass. It might be a great product, but I hate it. The "x" is so tiny that every time I try to close it, I end up opening their site. It's probably designed like that on purpose which makes me hate it even more.

The add still displays on EVERY refresh/page load on mobile. Makes the site basically unusable.
