came across this at the gym recently. It's called Lateral X eliptical, https://www.octanefitness.com/commercial/products/lateral-ellipticals/. It's one of the few things I've done that really seems to work the same muscles as skiing. Has anyone else tried this, thoughts? If not I would recommend it.
You got my hopes up about being a Ski Exercise Trainer. I'd love to help snow bunny's ski to their maximum potential, and even teach them special exercises and flexes. ;)
